Level 1
Change drive oil and pressure/vacuum test the drive unit for seal leakage.

Level 2
Change: drive oil and pressure/vacuum test the drive unit for seal leakage.
Inspect: Input shaft bellows and exhaust bellows, gimbal bearing, universal joint coupler, drive trim cylinders, hydraulic lines and drive paint condition. Drive removal required and included in price.

Level 3

Inspect: universal joint coupler, drive trim cylinders, drive ram hydraulic lines and drive paint condition.

Bottom paint and anodes

Level 1
"Scuff sand" existing paint and apply one coat of bottom paint.

Level 3
Sand unpainted fiberglass or previously painted surfaces down to gel coat to prepare surface for epoxy barrier coat. Clean bottom using Interlux® 202 to remove all sanding dust,wax and other contaminates. This ensures a high quality bond for the barrier coat.
Apply three coats of Petit Protect® High Build epoxy barrier coat. While the third barrier coat is still tacky the first bottom paint coat is applied to ensure a strong bond between materials. The second coat of paint is applied after the first has dried.

ANODES – Zinc, Magnesium and Aluminum
Remove and replace sacrificial anodes as recommended. The three different elements have unique protection characteristics. Tech note: 40% reduction of element is the recommended service interval. If your anodes don't reduce you may not have the correct protection.

*Different environments will determine weather a boat requires Zinc, Magnesium or Aluminum Anodes and quantities will vary between boats. Please contact Virginia Yachts to determine the price and specific application for your vessel.

Wash – Detail - Wax

Level 1
Simple wash and wipe down of cockpit, topside and hull sides within reach from dock.

Level 2
Detailing Package: Wash exterior including the cockpit, clean in all stowage compartments and under deck hatches, clean canvas with mild soap, glass, stainless or aluminum rails and mooring cleats and vacuum cockpit carpet.

Level 3
The ultimate protection for your boat.
Buff and Wax – wash then detail entire vessel and machine buff all smooth surfaces above and below the rub rail to remove contaminants from gel coat to facilitate maximum application and protection of the wax. The machine buff is followed by a coat of high grade marine wax to provide lasting protection.
